These Terms of Service set forth the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Orange Marketing Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") and users regarding the OrangeRefine service (hereinafter "the Service").

· Community forum
· AI-powered writing feedback (ORANGEREFINE AI)

Article 3. User Obligations
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
· Stealing or using another person's personal information, or registering false information
· Using the Service to violate laws or cause harm to others
· Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
· Infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyrights
· Submitting obscene or violent content for proofreading

Article 4. Service Fees
The Service operates on a credit-based billing model.
· 10,000 credits are granted free upon signup.
· Additional credits can be purchased on the pricing page (5,000 to 100,000 credits).
· Purchased credits remain valid until fully used (no expiration).
· Spelling quizzes, daily writing practice, and paraphrasing exercises are free.

Article 5. Disclaimers
· The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI and rule-based proofreading results.
· Proofreading results are for reference only; final judgment rests with the user.
· The Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service.
· Service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, server failures, etc.) are exempt from liability.

Article 6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through consultation between the Company and the user. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court.
