Orange Marketing Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") operating OrangeRefine (hereinafter "the Service") processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information collected will not be used for any purpose other than those stated below. · Member registration and management
· Delivery of notices and handling of inquiries

Collection Method: Direct input by users during registration
Items Not Collected: Text content entered by users is NOT stored on our servers.

Personal information is retained until the member withdraws, and is destroyed immediately upon withdrawal. However, information may be retained as required by applicable laws:

· Access log records: 3 months (Telecommunications Privacy Act)

The Company processes personal information only within the scope stated in Article 1 and does not provide it to third parties without user consent, except as required by law.
